Events

Available seven days a week with rental days stretching from 6 a.m. until 2 a.m., The Auto Inn isn’t your typical event space. A historic downtown Manhattan building reimagined into a modern industrial venue, we bring the Blue Collar Restaurant Group “service first” pledge to your next private event. We will work with you to create an event authentic to you and your vision. From smaller events to weddings for up to 300 guests, we can help you create an event that is within your budget and beyond your expectations.

Offerings

We offer everything you need, including catering options and an on-site coordinator. Work with our in-house crew or bring in your own to provide tailored decor. Our space is flexible and welcoming to all, from kid-friendly to corporate events and everything in between. We can provide recommendations on DJs and local live music artists. Food and beverage minimums depend on the number of guests, and we will work with you and your budget

FAQs

Can we bring our own alcohol?
While bringing your own alcohol is not permitted, we will work with you to customize your bar to provide a unique experience for your guests.

Can we rent the space for two consecutive nights?
Yes. We are happy to accommodate multi-day events.

Can we have our own DJ?
Absolutely.

Can we have loud music until 6 a.m.?
That depends. If you have acquired a special permit from the city of Manhattan, you may be able to party past midnight. Otherwise, events are limited to loud noise until midnight.

Can you provide food and beverage on request?
Yes. We are delighted to work with special orders for food and beverage. It’s truly why we love doing what we do.

Can you work with our event planner?
Yes. Our events team looks forward to working with your event planner to accomplish your vision.

Do you have an event planner available on site?
Yes. If you do not have an event planner of your own, our in-house planner will partner with you to plan your special event.

Can we take a tour of the event space before we decide?

Can you provide us with a list of hotels in the area?
Yes.

Do you allow kids?
Yes. All members of the family are welcome!

Do you offer different meal styles?
Yes. The Auto Inn is a member of the Blue Collar Restaurant Group with six distinct food concepts. That means we can accommodate any food and beverage request.

Do we need insurance for our event?
We offer liability insurance for your event. No additional insurance is required.
